Almaty, April 20, 2026 — STADA is strengthening its presence in Eurasia by entering into a strategic agreement with Church & Dwight (C&D), the owner of a portfolio of globally recognized brands. Under the agreement, STADA will undertake the launch, promotion, and distribution of a number of C&D’s popular consumer brands across nine countries in the Eurasian region.
Georgia is the first country where STADA has introduced C&D products. In the remaining countries covered by the agreement, C&D products will be launched throughout 2026.
The agreement includes six well-established brands. The key brands are Batiste (dry shampoo), Hero (acne treatment patches), and Trojan (condoms). These popular brands will effectively complement STADA’s local CHC portfolio and strengthen its offering in the consumer healthcare segment.
STADA is responsible for local marketing and the promotion of products through traditional pharmacies, retail, and online sales channels.
“The agreement with Church & Dwight is further proof that STADA Eurasia is a partner of choice. I am particularly proud that our Eurasia division is the first among all STADA markets to introduce C&D brands. We believe in the potential of the Eurasian markets and see significant opportunities for further development of the CHC segment,” said Kuanish Ospanov, Vice President, Eurasia Region, STADA.
Christos Gyouras, Regional Director, Church & Dwight, said:
“We are pleased to introduce our iconic brands to new consumers across the Eurasian countries through our partnership with STADA. We are confident that STADA will successfully bring our leading brands to this promising and dynamic market.”
It is also expected that, in the future, the agreement may be expanded to include additional existing and new C&D brands.
